Established in 1994, DOS Constructors, Inc. is a family-owned small construction company based in Orange Park, Florida.  Scott Motes is president with 31 years of construction experience.  Scott graduated from the University of Florida school of Building Construction and holds a state certified general contractor's license.

 

DOS Constructors, Inc. specializes in new home construction, renovations and/or additions and commercial projects ranging from free-standing banks, interior build-outs, industrial warehouse, hospital, municipal and car dealership renovations.
